PhotoCON Hawai‘i LLC (PCH) is a wholly owned, single-member limited liability company (SMLLC) of the Noyle Foundation. This structure is commonly adopted by nonprofit organizations to effectively operate large-scale, mission-aligned educational programs that necessitate separate contracting, event operations, or earned-revenue activities—while ensuring full nonprofit oversight and compliance.

Refund Policy
Donations are generally non-refundable. Requests for refunds due to errors or duplicate transactions will be considered on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, please contact us within 14 days of your transaction.
