Programs & Activities
Programs are delivered directly by The Noyle Foundation and through affiliated initiatives, including PhotoCON Hawai‘i, an educational program operated in furtherance of the Foundation’s charitable mission.
PhotoCON Hawai‘i LLC (PCH) is a wholly owned single-member limited liability company (SMLLC) of The Noyle Foundation, established exclusively to support the Foundation’s charitable and educational objectives.
Governance & Oversight
The Noyle Foundation is governed by a Board of Directors responsible for fiduciary oversight, strategic direction, and policy governance. The Board ensures compliance with:
